Shipping policy

We deliver across all seven Emirates. Orders are confirmed by phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch, then delivered within 1–2 working days (remote areas up to 3 days). Delivery is free on every order. You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS message with your tracking number once your parcel is on its way. Cash on Delivery is available on all orders; please have the exact amount ready. If no one is available at the address, the courier will make up to three attempts.

نوصّل إلى جميع الإمارات السبع. يتم تأكيد الطلب عبر اتصال هاتفي أو واتساب قبل الشحن، ثم يصلك خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل (المناطق البعيدة حتى 3 أيام). التوصيل مجاني لجميع الطلبات. ستصلك رسالة واتساب أو SMS برقم التتبع عند شحن طلبك. الدفع عند الاستلام متاح لجميع الطلبات، ويرجى تجهيز المبلغ بالضبط. في حال عدم وجود أحد في العنوان، يحاول المندوب التوصيل حتى ثلاث مرات.
