You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items that arrive damaged or defective are replaced free of charge; send us a photo on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. To start a return, message +971 50 110 4099 with your order number. Refunds are paid within 5–7 working days to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders. For hygiene reasons, personal-care items that have been used cannot be returned unless defective. Return pickup is arranged by us at no cost when the item is defective; for change-of-mind returns a pickup fee of AED 15 applies.

يمكنك إرجاع أي منتج غير مستخدم في عبوته الأصلية خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام لاسترداد كامل المبلغ أو الاستبدال. المنتجات التي تصل تالفة أو معيبة تُستبدل مجاناً؛ أرسل لنا صورة عبر واتساب خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام. لبدء الإرجاع، راسلنا على +971 50 110 4099 مع رقم الطلب. يتم رد المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، أو بتحويل بنكي لطلبات الدفع عند الاستلام. لأسباب صحية، لا تُقبل إعادة منتجات العناية الشخصية المستخدمة إلا إذا كانت معيبة. نرتّب استلام المرتجع مجاناً إذا كان المنتج معيباً؛ وفي حال تغيير الرأي تُطبّق رسوم استلام 15 درهماً.
