These terms govern purchases on ghafliving.com, operated by a sole establishment licensed by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development, licence CN-6806901. All prices are in UAE Dirhams. An order is accepted when we confirm it by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable or the address cannot be verified, and any payment made is refunded in full. Product images are of the actual product supplied; minor colour differences can occur between screens. Our return, refund and shipping policies form part of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means.
